Known the company for over 4 years so will comfortably say they are trustworthy and honest (as they speak out the facts about the models they sell so that customer is aware of what they are getting). Customer care has always been prompt, courteous, eager and happy to help. Just brought a water dispenser from them, instantly (within an hour) delivered and installed. There post-warranty service stands out and does require a mention. This is what makes them even more special! It was a pleasure doing business with them! 👍👏🙏

I bought their Duet Plus (8 litre per hour) model and I'm very happy with the product. It's definitely better in terms of chilled water capacity and overall product quality when compared to other brands like Blue Star and Voltas. Would recommend it to everyone else.
